should thank Bianconi for writing all these series for non winners 750 per start for all their horses this winter. its like an invasion ans they still can't win.
some really bad horses. or bad trainers or both.

I would think more of an issue with the horses quality than the trainer. The best of the best trainers got out of Mich years ago. Left with 3rd tier trainers for the most part.

Drivers are weird also. Kody Massey purposely running down John Ciocca was a gem. He brings a chip on his shoulder to the track. You'll never see Merriman do that nonsense.

Why wouldn't johnny let him go and retake.  They both ended out of the money.

maybe cioccas daddy had his money down. he only started training horses so daddy can bet on them. and massey isnt much stock. neither can drive a hot nail into a snowbank.  both are terrible.

when you say pretty good for himself if you mean when vague traces drops to the bottom level and wins. if thats pretty good then yea. but wasnt that horse a better than average horse at one point?
the horse drops in class he gets a good price because no one bets him. daddy sits at the bar and bets him. he pays good. everyone is happy. horse moves up and cant win.

I personally think Ciocca Jr. is pretty good. Also he seems to know to stay out of the way when he has no horse.
