Geography Message for Mohawk
« on: December 14, 2024, 05:45:10 PM »
The program's note for Race 4 #10 Violets Rainbow state that Plainridge Raceway is in Maine.  Unless it moved in the past week,  I think its still in Massachusetts.

where?
#10 VIOLETS RAINBOW has finished fourth in each of her last three since relocating north of the border from
Plainridge Racecourse in Maine and completed the superfecta at 47-1 or higher in each of her last two in the
class above this. She will be making her fourth start for trainer Isaac Waxman but might have an uphill battle
ahead of her from the dreaded 10-hole. This 20-time winner will have JR Plante back between the wheels and
should much prefer the company she keeps this evening. She will have to avoid a taxing trip and may have
been pegged on top if not for the outermost post.

Question is, do we send out the search party for the horse and driver tandem or the OP?

  • Calhoun: Trigger, $25k/$500per week. Sounds great. IMO, you have 2 best options. 1) 100% of play on certain CarryOvers.  Pick-5 Carryovers are best. Pro is Near EV or +EV. Con is it's a ton of work in 1 day at worst or 3/4 days at best. But $500 gets you a lot of coverage. ..2) Focus 100% on one track, WITHOUT a lot of ship Ins. Woodbine, Remington, SoCal and Texas fit. WDB and Rem closed/closing. Whichever you choose, you need to know every single horse. You MUST have access to workout videos. You need to learn trainers. Good Luck
