Billy Dobson - Saratoga

Does anybody know or even care why the former leading driver no longer is getting many drives each card? Tonight he has only 4 while a driver like Leon Bailey has 11!

Lots of young drivers now taking over the business. Billy can still drive with the best and he does quite well.
