Read there was up to 300 horses stabled there.
Another person said that insurance rates skyrocketed.

This is firmly untrue. The board brought it up without warning. The board chair may have misspent money. This is just starting.

Amen !! They are not racing for 1200 dollar purses in OHIO anymore, I would be glad to pay it if the barns were in good repair and  the track held up well for winter training.
