    No sir.  That’s not how I read it.  It specifically says “ today “ it doesn’t say look when it’s posted. They should have put the date in there.  What if I sent an email and in the header it said “ meet me tonight” and then when you open the email I put “Wednesday “.  You see how confusing that is??  You’re welcome.
