Met CHUCK at ARLINGTON way back in beginning. A good friend of mine had 5 horses trained by him. Very nice guy. Passed away way to young. RIP.

You are right, and a lot of people don't remember Chuck when he was at YR as it was in his "previous" career. Chuck was one of racing's good guys. The tribute Cherie DeVaux gave about him----how he helped her, got her off a bad path and onto the right one, and really helped save her life---was beautiful.
