This will never show up on his record because he was never charged. Our job now is make him aware so nobody can claim not knowing anything about it. He killed an innocent living creature.

It's more like nobody gets in there without a history of criminal behavior. It's like a western movie, with all the outlaws hiding out in the mesa.
Bringing this to the track's attention will probably only add to his street cred.

The guy has to be banned. Worst case the race office ignores it and further steps can be taken down the road.

He is the scum of the earth. Can’t drive, train or own, but he’s allowed to be a groom and a warm up guy. He belongs in jail. Ian, I hope you read this. You are a murderer!

One of the worst drivers to ever set foot on a Yonkers surface, did he ever win a race that the others didn't want him to?  He does good warm-up work, just ask him he'll tell you.

Won a $6,000 race at Pocono today with a horse he gave Per Engblom $45,000 for. On the phone in winner’s circle like he won the Hambo. Just go away you horse killing poor excuse for a human being.

I would never defend his actions-but he's far from the only one.
Google up Marc Mosher or search for him here on plop.

Way to go

https://www.harnessracingupdate.com/pdf/hru/hru031012.pdf

The real question is why does the USTA even approve a conditional license for him? No USTA license and he's stuck in Maine with Case. Conditional means they actually admit what he is, yet let him compete. Could it be his brother in law made some calls? Or the USTA is just a fucking joke.16 pages of violations recorded. Meanwhile people who have NEVER done a damn thing wrong are detrimental to harness racing.
