judge's ruling..correct?

You be judge.
-replay below-

Charlottetown r9 Sat night trot
Superfecta will still go after #6 late scratch, leaving 5 starters. That's fine.
Big accident down back before hitting final turn, leaving two of them DNF
Ticket paid 1-2-3- all.
Shouldnt that be 1-2-3-5 , KNOWING #4 would be certainly dq'ed behind #5 for taking him out, or does the DNF automatically overrule that?

Standardbred Canada results did note track would NOT pay 4th or 5th money because of that. Seems harsh vs #5 considering $7500 purse

I had no bet on race .just asking.

The race we talked about Noble causing that accident that injured several was ruled the same way.  He was DQ’d but still placed ahead of all the horses that fell even though he was the cause.  So I assume you can’t be placed behind a horse that doesn’t finish even if you are the reason.  Kind of a stupid rule.   tmbz1

Did they do away with the leaning back in the bike rule on PEI.

If the rule is still in place does it apply to the so called king??

A break on his suspension and now he does what he likes on the track.

Why put rules in place if not applied.
