13 th at Tioga , worst call I seen

Went to TD to race 2 yr PF , stayed around to watch the rest of the card. 13 th race 4 runs into the 3 in the lane , 3 finishes in dead heat with the 2 for 3 rd. Judges inquiry , they see the interference of 4 on the 3 , 4 did finish 2nd so 3 should have been moved up to 2 nd and the 4 placed in the dead heat with the 2. But the judges Pl place the 3 & the 2 in front of the 4.
 No wonder race is headed down the drain, judges don’t even know the rules

Tioga judges are very bad. Better not scrape one of the cones or they will place you last. Unbettable.

Just to give some perspective to how uninformed the judges are, with their reasoning , if a horse who finishes in a dead heat cause interference there both getting DQ

Yeah, the judges at most tracks are complete buffoons that come in their pants because they have the authority to control the outcome of a race. Years ago I posted that harness racing is headed in the direction of pro wrestling, as rules are different for individuals and also rules are different from track to track and the ones who suffer the most are the gamblers.
