During our sit down I mentioned Michelle the vet at Tioga. Settlemoir looked at Jeff and said "I told you". He said so she's bad too? That he just gave her a horse to train. What was telling is I had a line of people come to me begging for help regarding her and that other clown who was stall man and in their horseman's association. I forget his name. The bottom line is they don't give a shit about the little guys, they have their pets and it's their playground. Look at what happened to me when I called out the Jackson boys, obviously Settlemoir pets. There are no rules, only what they want at any given moment.
