While I have little doubt that racism plays a big part in how Clark was "greeted" in the WNBA, I think it goes deeper than that. The WNBA has wallowed in obscurity. And now this young lady is filling the stadiums. Whether it's curiosity, or a newly created fan base, she has, for the moment changed the dynamic in the WNBA. The other players see this and resent her for it. A lot of jealousy there.

I agree.  It's definately jealousy.  Clark is a once in a lifetime player.  She has put woman's basketball in the news and it has reaped  benefits because of her.  Yes, there are very good "black players" also but don't show me ATTITUDE when you're playing.  That's an immediate turn-off and i believe a lot of other viewers feel the same way.  Show some class.  Btw, take those stupid-ass clownish fake eyelashes off!!!!!  Apparently these chicks, including the girl on the Mohawk broadcast, don't realize how ridiculous they look.
