Weather is fine, like it was last week when they canceled due to weather, when Amtote was down.
They need to fire their track crew and hire someone competent, that's the real issue there.

Is it true the only piece of track equipment they have is a screen.  The track man has an ongoing competition with the NYSDT on which surface can be the hardest, the Thruway or the track.

Absolutely 100% correct swanktoliver A, the crew has no idea on what they are doing on how to maintain a track. Last week they were scraping about 6 inches of the track when it rained. Then they drag  a screen around in circles. That’s what happens when you got idiots doing a job that don’t know what they are doing. Look how many times last feb/ March they cancelled cause the track was horrendous. Mohawk, Yonkers, meadowlands and many more tracks race no problem all day and night in the rain. Only at Buffalo when it thaws a bit or rains 1 100th of a inch they cancel. Fire that track crew and pay a decent wage to someone who knows how to properly maintain a racetrack .

You are spot on. Multiple trainers have said he has no clue what he's doing. It's really sad for the horsemen, when they cancel half the time, especially when they already only race twice a week.

Thanks no complaints Honest horsemen up there have ZERO chance The no-goods rule and they know it  Also why don't they give the Sheriffs deputy who was killed up there Give the family a$25000 check out of their purse account A great gesture but no way it happens

So why doesn’t management just fire the track man and get a new one.

Like Drawbar said, maybe they just don't care if they race or not. Seems to be the case cause this
 certainly isn't anything new.

Idk the answer to that, wish I did.
Dylo doesn't know what he's doing, and should have been replaced before this meet started.
