if it's same guy, according to pathway he's 66 and hasn't driven since 2019.

You are kidding, right. When you could actually find him sober, he had hands of stone. A second stringer at Monti and Freehold in his best years.

Completely agree

was involved with Brennan, Parker, and a few others as a small role player in the race fixing in the late 80s early 90s

I used JP on occasion and he always did right by me. I recall he had a drinking problem years ago.

Was quietly told by NJ officials to disappear after many fixed races at Freehold in exchange for not being prosecuted.

Reappeared at Vernon a couple years ago working for ducharme and driving. Now gone again.
