Mohawk/Flamboro Thursday Night
« on: March 14, 2024, 01:19:45 PM »
Weak Thursday card again at Mohawk, like more races at Flammy…

Mohawk:

Race#10-#6 KANSAS PANIC 6-1 ML Has raced extremely well in London the last couple starts. Goes for driver/trainer team of Haughn/Crone who always put up decent numbers. Ideal starting spot, #1-#2 will take all the money, will be at an inflated price.

Flamboro:

Race#3-#4 CAVIARS TRIUMPH 3-1 ML Won’t be as far back tonight to front running chalk #5, grinding type who Coulter has done extremely well with.

Race#9-#3 RESTIVE SPIRIT 3-1 ML Cullen barn has been on fire especially with steeds racing at Flamboro, see this one going wire to wire tonight.

Best of luck!  tmbz1

Was not going to be sucked into any impostor Mohawk thread Whip tmbz1 I agree, suspect card. Tried to dig out
something decent. No luck but have three chalky singles:
Race1  # 7 Hallie in the clouds. Well bet last two. weak field. Outside allows JMac to size them up. Breaks maiden.
Race5  # 3 Convoy Hall  Two for two .Barring any jumps, appears to romp unchallenged for the hat trick.
Race 8  #4 Betternotmachme  Destroyed similar last start. Likes to win [10 wins last yr] 29 of 36 in $$ lifetime.
Owners thought enough of her to race in Blizzard series where she didn't embarrass herself.
    Good luck.

Two plays for me tonight

2nd. #7 Mercutio--- He is in really good form, coming off a very good try. Should visit the winner's circle tonight

6th. #3 Shovanna--- She put forth a very nice effort in last race, seems to be sitting on a big race.

Good luck everyone
