Word going around is that there is an heir that belongs to a very wealthy family who inherited multi-millions that had a hand in the problems! Today was an anniversary of some sort for the decedent. The crew involved with the tote problems was attempting to get the tracks to cancel their cards as a tribute to the anti-racing cause. If this is correct,it will take a good computer tech about 10 minutes to figure out!

That word would be hard to believe, to have that much impact on tracks around the country.  Its an operational IT glitch which was apparently caused by an attempted hack / virus in the server systems.
