So far Buffalo is the only track not taking wagers. Everywhere else is taking bets, having a short delay after the race to become official. No clue why Buffalo can't take bets though, like e1 else.

TampaBay and Gulfstream haven't paid out final betting races its been 1.5 hrs for Tampa. So whatever hub is running those is down.

the industry could easily fix and modernize the entire tote system--but the offshore handle wouldn't have the advantages the entire business needs--so it will never be fixed

we need exchange wagering only--pari-mutual wagering leaves too much room for thieves to operate
