I don’t know for sure but just past the half mile the #1 horse went down like a brick. It looked like the horse had a heart attack throwing driver down hard on to the track. They delayed running the second race for 40 minutes. Looked very bad.

Thanks Theokodjak. I don't have video and tomorrow when it should become available I do not think they will show it. I don't want to see it. Poor horses and drivers.

Just watched it on xpressbet. Looks like he just dropped. Didn't even look to be pacing roughly, at least not with any warning sign that was going to happen.

Nosedive. I agree with Bello that he got screwed by them declaring no contest. only the horse falling and back two , who had trailed and gapped since the start, were affected. Results should have stood.

Rest of the card you could see some pretty deep ruts inside the pylons about 50 feet past. the wire. Figured it was from the trailer used to pick up the horse.
