Monticello raceway - why not ?
« on: February 29, 2024, 12:32:53 PM »
another day -- like a couple still bad posts for some

Race 3   #4, is back in Monday racing against F&M, this start is open condition
             #6

Race 7   #4, blasted off gate last week from 7 hole, still fits same class
#6, had 8 hole last start, made break at start, grinded out a trip, hooked wheels top of lane

Race 10  #5, followed dead cover, back half wasn't real fast but still liked the close.

Why Not?

They just sank to a new low. Refunded all bets on race 1 without an explanation.

I singled the 6 in the p5 and now I am here holding my balls.

The 1 horse fell just past the wire first time around and the rest of the field had to scatter at the end of the race.

I must have missed the scattering before the race ended.  I'm sure Petrelli will enter the scene soon.

How about an explanation from Olive ) Howard) Oyl

Just announced post time for the 2nd for 12:59. Probably needed time to get the horse off the track and in the event the ambulance was needed for Rick Harp.

Nice...6 was a huge overlay. Had I played I would have been alive in race 4 with 1-6  Now I need to hope they lose since they would have also made up my p5

with the scratches I played in all in this leg --- need the 3/4/8.... to get a nice return.
5/6/7 is kinda short with a price in the first leg and co second choice with the 6 hole....
