While trying to decipher his hieroglyphical scrolling, I've determined that he must be some alien sent to infiltrate a
common public forum. Portraying itself as an old angry demented serviceman with delusional tendencies, perceiving
itself as somehow revered and authoritative.
Had it not been for his crude, primitive attempts at communication , he might have never been discovered. I urge
the Administrator to join with the proper authorities to thwart this diabolical scheme.
