I see he has a trotter listed on On Gait.  I would be very careful before I bid on one of his horses.  Used pictures that were almost a year old on a horse I bought from him.  Never again!

I had an owner buy a horse from him recently.  They told the owner horse was sound no issues.  He was a 2yr old when I got him had freeze marks up and down his right hind leg.

Unusual that no one is defending Miller.

Personally, I think ongait and all these online sites are offering a buyer a way to buy and cut corners. Don't do it! I bought one online and I did exactly what I do for a private purchase -- send someone to look at the horse TODAY, vet him TODAY, sit behind the horse is possible, and so on. I prefer buying privately vs the sales, online or otherwise.

The real issue, other than Erv doing this is ongait! If you trust Eric and Maurice, you are either naive or a fool. Whether they know or not, they are either duplicitous or ignorant, and smart as well because I am sure they have done everything to protect themselves.

Who is/was the whiner.   If some people are selling horses, it's the biggest red flag.  Owners/buyers should be careful.  Err Miller is no christian.
