I think he should leave the training to Jenn and do the driving.  Worked out well tonight in the 1st Race.

Joe isn't banned from training anywhere?

O K  So Joe would be able to bring the horse to the Meadowlands and train and drive where as the horse would only be able to race at Yonkers and Freehold with Joe driving and Jenn training ?

I’m guessing Jen is going on suspension soon

Jenn is on suspension as of this Friday.  Looks like Joe will take over on paper starting with Friday's entries at Yonkers.

How long is the suspension?  Does a suspension mean she can't go to the training facility?

15 days and since New Jersey facilities are licensed by the racing commission, she can't be there until the time is up.

No claimed horse will be released to race anywhere but Yonkers Raceway for 60 days from date of claim without the permission of the Race Secretary.

No, as long as she isn't working on the race horses.

Only thing that will change it that operation is mom will have to come hand out paychecks and there will be no selfies with Jenn and the horses for 2 weeks

Business as usual, just change ten name in the program, they talk about integrity. Just wait till the first of the year. Give them all the the RB winter vacation special. They'll all go on vacation at once, then the beards will done racing by end of Feb.     Stop fucking around, hit the horse and owner and the trainer. Horse can't race till all appeals are final. No questions, refuse entries from trainer. Owner gets a fine. Trainer changes have to be approved, NO family members or current employee. Horses have to be moved, NO more same truck same help. It's fraud against the public.

  • dougie: Got chicken and bet $10WP onWP on Horacio De Paz'shorse who won at 8-1. I love the trainer, but was afraid of the layoff. Coming back strong with $20Win and $60 Place on #7Elegant in the 7th at the Spa.
