What does "dx" on a program line signify?

A break caused by the driver, I believe.

Ok thx., makes sense. Where i just seen it i watched the replay -the horse got boxed on rail with a ton of horse ran up on the horse in front of it and broke .  So it was not just a random break without an obvious reason.

dx = break caused by driver ???
Hell, there should be 100s more a year noted like that in programs at EVERY track.

Taking them 'off their feet' happens to be part of 'some individuals 'business plan'
