Anthony Napolitano Banned from the Meadowlands…Why?

As far as I know Anthony Napolitano is a catch driver and no longer a trainer. I cannot find him listed as a trainer at any track this year. So why is it he was banned from the Meadowlands? I see he was accused of using Thymosyn. So whose horses did he use it on?

Apparently when he bought it, he was training horses. Remember, some of those purchases on that list go back several years.

According to the USTA, his last start as a trainer was in 2015, so his purchase must have been as an owner?
