ERV IS ON THE FISHMAN LIST SO ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME. OVERHISER HAS LOST MONEY EVERY SINGLE YEAR HES BEEN WITH ERV. IF YOU ADD IN ERVS CLOSE TIES WITH SURICK AND THE HEAT AND HIS RECENT POSITIVE TESTS AND SUSPENSION, I THINK ITS SAFE TO SAY THAT OLE ERV IS IN DEEP SHIT AND ITS GONNA GET DEEPER IF SCM HAS ANY SAY.

I had one dealing with him. He had a horse on On Gait, I watched replays and noticed he was rough at at the 3/4 pole. ( 5/8th track) he said it's a young new driver who is still learning how to handle horses in the turns. I asked about his knees. he said he was perfect. I passed. Eventually, someone else bought him. Was brutal in the turns, raced 5 times, and disappeared.
