Additional Details:
Mass 205 CMR 3.29. On 10/23/2023 Industrial Labs reported to the Mass Gaming/Racing Division the Post-Race result of Blood and Urine Sample E629774 collected from the horse INTERNATIONAL LAW on 10/3/2023 who competed in Race 3 at Plainridge Park and finished 4th. It revealed the presence of Albuterol confirmed in the urine at 8.11 ng/mL. The threshold is 1 ng/mL. Trainer of record Erv Miller was notified of the finding and exercised his right to a split sample on 11/1/2023. The split sample for sent to New York Drug Testing and Research Program in Ithaca, NY for further testing. On 11/28/2023 the report of analytical finding was received confirming the presence of Albuterol. Mr. Miller was notified and waived his right to a formal hearing. As a result Mr. Miller is fined the sum of $500.00 and is issued a full suspension for a period of 15 days beginning 12/8/2023 through and including 12/22/2023. The horse INTERNATIONAL LAW finished 4th and is disqualified. The purse money $3,200.00 is hereby ordered forfeited and returned for redistribution. Purse monies forfeited must be returned to Plainridge Park within 10 days of ruling and the fine must be paid within 48 hours of imposition. Fine money is payable to The Commonwealth OF Massachusetts.   
Fined: $ 500
Full suspension - 15 days:
12/08/2023 - 12/22/2023

Overhiser sold those horses because he knows what’s coming for Erv. He isn’t a dummy like you. The man is actually a good business man but knows the FEDs are around the corner from Erv and ready to pounce. You better check yo see that your name ain’t on the Fishman list you little midget.
