Serious question here. Do you know exactly what the compound of the race surface is? I've never seen a track surface that color. or does it look like that from rain? Dull, tannish, powdery looking at least on my laptop.  Thanks.

Depends what day you see it. It rains here more then in Seattle. Everyday they don’t worry about anything other then making another rule for jackoffs like me to follow. Hoosier management could give Hamas a good run for their money. Gaza City here I come

Almost looked like stone dust!

I assumed it was some sort of stone dust mix. just looked weird. Dull, compacted, cuppy, odd color. Like the beach near the ocean after the tide goes out.

And if so, might give Tattoo out of 3 a little more to deal with settling..ponda and charlie would love a battle on front of some kind, like taurasi would.

My post isn't about being negative.

But to be honest - I haven't seen a race that I'm like - can't wait for that !

I have a horse racing at Keenland on Saturday. So far clear skies in Lexington and high of 79 degrees.

Tell me what race I should be watching out for..... Doesn't have to be a betting race, just a good competitive race.
I think after watching Confederate race a couple of times, that luster has warn off.

Sorry Confederate's luster has worn off. I have his entire 3 year old campaign in a folder. I will watch it till the day I die. You aren't excited to see if he can win the Final  ( he will ) and win out for his career in doing so? I will miss him once he is finished.
