Beach Glass
Any updates?  I sure didn't like how he finished his last race.
Was he just over-raced...or reinjured?
Are they just going to send him to the stud barn or....more surgery and back to the races?
You gotta love this horse but he sure hasn't had much luck.
Thanks for any info

Horses with airway issues are very frustrating for ANY Owner or trainer. The course of treatment is limited no matter how much you have to spend! I'm sure he will retire to stud rather than undergo another procedure.

I used to hang with a big time veterinarian that most would know and he used to laugh at the saying..No foot, no horse. He used to tell me the more appropriate saying is no air, no horse. He said plenty of horses race and win with sore feet but none do well if they can't breathe.

No, but I knew Kenny very well. I stayed at his house in Lake George several times.

Most T-breds do surgery even before they break them.

I mean this year he had no races but qualifiers .....then into a shark tank . Probably would have been smart to put him in a condition somewhere first.

I don't think it was the race,I think it was the drive! 9hole at Scd is no joke. The the gate Flys around the Paddock turn prior to the start, thus the race is an 8th of a mile longer for the outside posts.Last time I raced there if you won from the 8hole you got a 10% bonus & 20% from pp9! Yanyuck gutted him with the 25 quarter! He may end up in the Crown anyway!
