cigs along with an upscale bar with a DJ?

At Monticello "The Purple Room" was a big hit wat back when..

You have to change with the times...and this would be cutting edge.

And of course betting windows in the "enclosed area" so

the rest of the crowd (if any) don't get super stoned.
