Some nice horses up in canada tonight but prelims are all short fields with one or two likely heavy deserving favs in most. This makes horizontals tough value if you play. In these instances ill usually pick leg of p4 or 5 where i think favs might be vulnerable and single there.

Is high 5 mandatory payout and that race (12th) not without wagering opportunity. I used 7 on top No Free Lunch hoping he gets away in top five or six.

Great races to watch with limited betting opportunities, plus I hate betting eliminations…

Race#5-#7 JABBERWOCKY 8-1 ML ***BEST BET*** Raced huge last week, Scotty Z gets the drive tonight, last time up he aired, albeit Vs a weaker field then this. Will not be racing at the back of the pack tonight.

Race#11-#6 ACAPULCO SUNBURN 6-1 Draws well, Fillion drives, just seems like he’s way overdue to produce a top effort. Gallucci will have the entire barn ready to rock tonight.

Race#12-#1 CENTURY HEINEKEN 3-1 ML Facing much weaker then he usually does and with 12 horses, McNair will fire off the wings even from the rail.

jamieson, james mcdonald, borth, tyler jones, mcnair, and even the 'minister of speed' brennan who 'hung around' for tony montini in the 12th,,,very strange to see him this late out of nycnj area.
