Marc Mosher killed a horse..and cut its lip off, had a lip tattoo..they bured it on a farm somewhere in NY...he finally got his license back after a few years...HE NEVER SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT BACK, but these commissions are spineless...

Like I said earlier in the week on another thread. Mike CAN be the Ray Paulick of harness racing. Calling out the bad actors PERIOD.

Cory Kreiser and Billy Rhoades are the 2 reasons I have boycotted Northfield. Those who bet there or are involved in any way with Northfield know exactly what has been going on.

possible,.left his wife for some chick named Toni,,,he went to canada once,.they told him to leave after conning odonnell for his license as a groom, they found out he was suspended in US...

Billy Rhoades is a scumbag for sure, but Petrelli stopped talking about world of secrets cause the story he was telling was BS. Plenty of other stuff that Billy is guilty of though. The whole positives and now trying to shift his stable to his kid while he’s appealing and turning over all the horses so the kid can do down when he does have to finally take his days is complete horse shit.

What did Mark in was they claimed a horse. Idiots put Mark down as person to pick up. Commission was there that night 4 people ask Tyler how someone that was suspended could pick up a claim. Next day they shipped out of Ontario. Unfortunately PA will license anyone
