And seriously could the powers that be that invited this bafoon tell him there is was a dress code for this big day especially if they where going to put him front and center with the Hambo trophy he looked more like a clown in his t shirt, looked and sounded like he was half baked too

i have a different spin on this looked to me like kelsey had a really good time loved the part where he held the cup for the horse to drink out of looked pretty genuine to me just my opion
