4500 for a weeks work. Have seen up to NW 7, but in what world is NW 10 carded. Gives connections a nice chance for that purse level, to race for second, cash a nice weekly check and go again in 7 days. Maybe next week they decide for 9k or maybe not, knowing what the step up in class might be like after that. Just check out who the piece of shit family owner of the horse is

I've have seen Noble play these games more than once. Especially when he is the heavy favorite. You can not trust him to give you his best drive every time.
