Seems they both talk out of their asses and SCM would be riding the Senators coattails just like he did his brothers. The guy doesn’t have a pot to piss in but threatens lawyers. All he does is threaten and run his mouth  like a cornered rat. Nothing he has said has come to any sort of conclusion in the way HE described anyway. Ford being innocent was justice enough against him in my eyes.

Your 110% right.  The guy is The Thorn to both harness racing and the purpose of the carriage horse agenda. I surmise if these groups give him credence they deserve the backlash of this unenlightened asshole.
