one count class A misdemeanor . Max of a year in a county jail and / or 5k fine. Even upon conviction he would be sentenced to probation or a diversion program. ( assuming no prior serious criminal history ) This will plea out.

There is no way in hell that this was an isolated incident! If he would have been caught on the 1st time,there's no telling how many beatings may have been prevented! If I ever see him in public, he will be leaving our meeting with a loogy on his face and a boot to his balls!GAROWNTEED!💯
