I don't care how you look at it!! A great number of the 13% are not mentally prepared to live with normal human beings. No matter how much $$$$ they have they stay act like fools!! A great example of this lately, is the NBA Star and his family, Ja Morant!! Their behavior for the most part is irrational and bellicose!! They can't interact like normal people in society!! At the drop of a hat, in a high school volleyball game, at a shoe store, in a nightclub or most anywhere other members of society gather. Always ready to fight, shoot or even kill!! As the old saying goes,"You can't change a tiger's stripes, they are still a tiger!" Give them all space they want, and they still want yours! They are impossible to satisfy!! Like in San Fran, even if they got %5Mil they would be back for more in a short time!! They destroy most anything they put their hands on!!
