Maybe Mr. Gural or his new mouthpiece SCM could shed some light on this.  Why is a known cheat with many positives welcome at The BigM?

Ask LUCPARK, He has all the answers. Good Christian people, no cheats, Common problem, He who shuts the commission up gets all the gravy

Scotty double dong has no clue. It’s all Timmy T. When Scotty D and his old man had horses in Chicago together they won about 3-5 races a year and batted .075-.120. Horrible trainer. But add in Timmy T and right there is a recipe for success and sudden improvement.
