HISA REGULATION
« on: December 13, 2022, 12:13:33 PM »
Is anyone familiar with the HISA horse regulation enacted in 2020. What is the status of HISA now? Does it have any teeth?

 justa Toothless $3 whore
It doesn't hold weight when you are only doing something out of spite, after being kicked out & having nowhere to go.

Just being a phony with a grudge (& no job), didn't seem to care for years.
Let go from the hate, free yourself.
