banca is 30 months, allard is 27 months
and no fines or payback

but it is justice to some extent and those months in jail are not fun(hopefully)
now it is up to our wonderful industry and leadership to ensure these people never get involved again

Good question---IMHO Grasso "the master mind" most likely got a harsher penalty, because he is “more responsible”. Its like drug pushers--the pusher always(should) gets more time than the person taking the drug. If there were no illegal drug pushers--there would be no drugs--and in Allard, Banca , Navarro, Surick cases--the Vets they used-- ALL were focused on using undetectable drugs to beat the system. Thats why they are all going to Jail and received harsher penalties. The most severe penalty will go the the worst culprit---"Fishman"-they need to throw away the key on that one.
