Driver Jonathan Roberts is fined $200.00 for using his whip in a taunting manner towards
another driver in the stretch of the 3rd race on October 4th, 2022 at Rosecroft Raceway. All
fines are due within 10 days of ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be
