I DISAGREE ROCKO. THE CASINO IS ALWAYS BOOMIN AND THEY HAVE CATERED TO THE HORSEMEN FOR AWHILE NOW BUT THERE IS JUST NO MONEY IN HARNESS RACING SO THEY ARE SWITCHING TO JUST LETTING THE HARNESS RACING GO INTO THE SHITTER AND THE CASINO WILL MAKE NOTHING BUY MONEY. IN 7 YEARS THE CONTRACT IS UP AND THEN YOU'LL SEE THEM SEPARATE THEMSELVES AND ELININATE THE RACING PART OF IT ALLTOGETHER.

I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR TRYING TO SAY. IF THEY ARE GOING TO TRY AND TIGHTEN THINGS UP, THEN MAKE A RULE THAT APPLIES TO EVERYONE AND ENFORCE IT.
