Myron Bell was fined $1,000. and put on probation for being a jackass at the Red Mile! Please tell me more.

I was walking in the old Meadowlands grandstand. It was the first year Gural took over. Wheelchairs were always present for those who needed to get up the ramp. There was a loudmouth commenting on it & talking to security. He acted like he owned the place. He just kept carrying on & on. I asked a friend if he knew who he was? The reply was Myron Bell.
