Hawthorne race secretary putting all the good horses in one division of the state fair is just ridiculous.  How do the top 4 2 yr old colts end up in the same division?  The IHHA should step in and request she splits them randomly.

There seems to be weighted divisions which sounds like it penalizes the better horses but most likely illegal!

What about the next week when it isnt competitive cause all the garbage that made the final?  All it is doing is screwing the people who spend all the money to provide these races from racing for 150k purse.

Said by the king idiot! Even someone as dumb as you would know that putting 5 of the top 6 horse in one division when there are 3 divisions is bullshit.  Itmeans 2 of the best wont get in the final.  Unless your saying i am an idiot for racing in Illinois than you are right.

For those that are reading this and understanding how bad the division splits were, it was not error of the race office.  Its once again the fault of the awful usta computer system, aka, the vendor USTA outsource to.

The selection of horses into each division was was ran through the usta program and only 1 time according the USTA.  Now is there a trick of how you list them in the software that can control the result, I do not know.  When 5 of the top 6 horses are in one division, something is faulty.
