Moving Scioto meet to Dayton Raceway
« on: February 21, 2022, 04:29:05 PM »
So I have heard rumblings that if Scioto doesn't get their act together soon the meet will move to Dayton Raceway?

Anyone else heard such rumors?

Why would the purses change?  Is the Scioto Downs meet just at a different track?

not to mention that the Jewel of Harness Racing looks like an abandoned demolition yard.  It's time for Scioto to repair the grandstand AND !! modernize the paddock areas by replacing the out of date shed row.  Who knows?  maybe if they rebuild it  /  they will come ?
