Never seen this... fined $500 for a “unprofessional, confusing gesture to the betting public “??????  What the hell is that?

He was waving at his friends on the apron as he was crossing the finish line.

You’re absolutely kidding???  Waving to his friends gets you $500 but Welting a horse for continued whipping gets you $100 ???  Sad state of affairs

Talk about a train wreck . Blames everyone but himself why he doesn’t get drives at the Meadows . People got tired of him running his mouth after every race and his new drive style  lean back as far as you can and carve on them .  Judges called him in for leaning back there’s no rule in Pa so now he really does it .
He was taunting the judges at the wire that day . Told everyone in the paddock he did because they fined him twice for whipping

He needs help

Walter did it in NY, just kicked instead of wave. Look where he wound up. This idiot has been booted more than once for doing stupid childish shit. Then there is Tessie. He should start acting like an adult not a pissy little kid.

I REMEMBER WHEN AN OLD SCHOOL SARATOGA DRIVER WAVED HIS WHIP IN CELEBRATION  11.chrz WINNING WITH A LONGSHOT AT THE WIRE, AND WAS ACCUSED OF TAUNTING THE FANS, AS IF THE JUDGES COULD READ HIS MIND

Some one to fear, just ask his ex. Both ended up beating each others brains out. Cops involved! How many times has he been booted from the Meadows? Just needs some meds, he'd be better off. Still think he's a punk.
