While driving #5 Stonecold Bluechip in race 6 on 12/14/21 he did rein in before the finish
and failed to use his utmost exertion to obtain a winning performance from his horse. His
action was against the best interest of racing. O.S.R.C.-3769-17-11(D)(2) 17-99 3769-12-
26(A)(10) 12-99 If the fine is not paid to the judges by 1/11/22 you shall be suspended and
your license may be revoked by the commission.

     They hammer this guy for "LACK OF EFFORT"? What about all the other inbred drivers at Northfield? The guy who drives once or twice a week, if that, they go after? This poor bastard should just get a few videos of Merriman driving 1/5 shots into the ground and take them to court. Rules are supposed to be enforced for everybody.

Watched replay I thought he won !!! He got lucky with 2 horses running in front went to the lane, I think he thoight he had it won. Bad call for judges !!!!
