I was told that the problem was at the hub and Saratoga also had problems. I did find it very comical hearing Howard Oil yelling to the 3 people there not to throw away their tickets.  ngc3 ngc3

Someone with access mistakenly bet out at saratoga then closed that race.   They had intended to bet Monticello and close it.   Hopefully they investigate and as stop these people with access from leaving windows open and allowing tote manipulation.
