oh, i think most of them know
but in a twisted way they actually help themselves by not reporting or investigating it
their jobs depend on the industry surviving if not thriving
if they uncover too much than the overall sport is tarnished and damaged in the short term which is all they care about... staying employed
but this is what happens when you do not have one governing body or commissioner to set the path for the sport overall
