 Tracks have the right of exclusion. Anybody can be excluded for no reason. Track management has video, and texts, of this piece of shit, trying to solicit sex from an underage male. If the piece of shit wins a race, and someone walks into the winners circle, and does serious harm to said piece of shit, who is at fault? Does management need another black eye for allowing a child predator on their premises? I guess anyone would be stunned at their stupidity, but I forgot one thing. We're talking about harness racing.
