I really don't pay much attention to or know where to rate a lot of these new guys popping up everywhere....

until I see the owners supporting them.

Thats when you stop and take notice and adjust your handicapping accordingly.

If you are new to training horses and don't want to be labeled as a juicer or cheater then don't train for owners known for only employing juicers and cheaters.
