Ryan Verhage turns a guy in saying he has drugs in his car.   The commission searches and don't find anything.  Ryan tells them its in a red bag.  They go back and there it is.  Coincidentally the vehicle was re-poed the prior day from Verhage by another horseman.  Then heard there was some whiny bitches trying to get horses scratched.  Don't have a name yet but it will come out soon.
